Thank you for shopping with Nurse Unlocked! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as product launches, holidays, or sales events.


Shipping Methods

We ship both directly and through our fulfillment partner, Lulu.

  • Individual Orders: Certain products (including Nurse Grad Bundles and select merchandise) are shipped directly by Nurse Unlocked.

  • Books, Workbooks, and Print Materials: Orders containing printed guides, journals, or workbooks may be fulfilled through Lulu Direct, our trusted print-on-demand partner.

Depending on the items in your order, you may receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers at no additional cost to you.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If your order includes multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking emails for each package.

If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@nurseunlocked.com.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize there is a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@nurseunlocked.com.

We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is scanned and marked as delivered by the carrier, Nurse Unlocked is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery if applicable.
